Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

EuroRefurb respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, request an iPhone wholesale or buyback quotation, contact our sales team, subscribe to price updates, or otherwise do business with us.

1. Who this policy applies to

Our website and services are intended primarily for business users, including retailers, resellers, distributors, suppliers and their representatives. This Policy applies to information about identifiable individuals, including business contacts and sole traders.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, company, job title, country or region, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp details, billing and delivery addresses, tax or company identifiers, product interests, requested models, grades and quantities, messages, quotation and order details, and payment or transaction records.

For device buyback inquiries, we may also receive stock lists, device identifiers such as IMEIs or serial numbers, condition and lock-status information, collection details, proof of ownership, and photographs or videos you choose to send. Please remove personal data from devices before delivery and do not send information that is unnecessary for the transaction.

When you use the website, our systems may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, access time, language and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare wholesale or buyback quotations.
• To verify business details, stock information, ownership and transaction eligibility.
• To process orders, payments, shipping, customs documentation, collection and buyback inspection.
• To communicate about stock, pricing, orders, deliveries, complaints and business cooperation.
• To send price updates or marketing messages where you requested them or where otherwise permitted by law.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and our business systems.
• To prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorised access and other security incidents.
• To maintain accounting, tax, compliance and transaction records and resolve disputes.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal information as necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as operating a B2B business, responding to inquiries, securing our systems, preventing fraud and maintaining commercial records. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.

5. Marketing and price updates

If you subscribe to price updates, we use your email address to send the requested messages and manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. An ordinary inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers and business partners that support website hosting, email, communications, analytics, IT security, payment, banking, accounting, professional advice, freight, courier, warehousing, customs and device processing. They may use information only as needed to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal duties.

We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process; to protect our rights, property, users or others; to investigate fraud or security incidents; or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation or sale of business assets.

7. WhatsApp, social media and third-party links

If you contact us through WhatsApp, a social platform or another third-party service, that provider processes information under its own policy and may process it outside your country. Our website may link to third-party sites that we do not control. Review their privacy information before providing data.

8. International transfers

We work with international customers, suppliers, carriers and service providers. Your information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or your home country. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard.

9. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Inquiry records are retained while the opportunity remains active and for a reasonable follow-up period. Subscription information is kept until you unsubscribe or the service ends. Orders, invoices, payments, shipping records and buyback records may be retained longer to meet tax, accounting, trade, fraud-prevention and legal requirements or to resolve disputes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry or transaction.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for basic operation, security, language preferences and session handling. Optional analytics or measurement tools, if enabled, may collect technical usage information. Where law requires consent, optional technologies will be used only after consent. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling them may affect website functions.

12. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; request data portability; or complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights may be limited by legal exceptions and record-retention duties. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new update date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

15. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, use the contact page or contact the sales representative shown on this website. Please describe your request clearly and identify the business relationship or inquiry concerned.
