Payment Terms
All wholesale orders require 100% payment by bank transfer (T/T) in cleared funds before shipment. Your quotation or pro forma invoice confirms the currency, bank details and payment deadline.
VAT Treatment
VAT treatment is confirmed on each quotation and invoice. For qualifying intra-EU B2B transactions, the VAT reverse-charge mechanism may apply after validation of the buyer's EU VAT number and the transaction details.
