Before we talk cosmetics, we confirm devices are ready to use: iCloud/Activation Lock status, IMEI integrity, and clear exclusion rules for every refurbished iPhone.
In retail, “works” isn’t enough—devices must be resellable. That starts with lock status and identifiers you can trust.
Three checks we treat as gates
- Activation Lock / iCloud status: any locked units are excluded from retail sellable grades
- IMEI integrity: serial/IMEI must be readable and consistent across system and housing where applicable
- Blacklist / carrier constraints: documented and separated before anything is listed for sale
Why we publish exclusion rules
Refurbished disputes usually come from ambiguity. We publish what is never accepted into a “clean” retail batch, and we separate exception inventory into clearly labeled lanes.
If you can’t resell it, it shouldn’t be in the grade—simple as that.
